Warranty Package following the new vehicle warranty.

You can take out the Warranty Package for 12, 24 or, particularly convenient, for 36 months – as long as the new vehicle warranty has not yet expired and your vehicle has not been driven more than 200,000 kilometres

Warranty Package after maintenance or main inspection at Mercedes-Benz.

If your Mercedes is between two and five years old and has not been driven more than 100,000 kilometres, you have the option of taking out a 12-month Warranty Package With these prerequisites:

• Warranty Package after servicing: The last servicing at an authorised Mercedes-Benz workshop was carried out no more than six months ago at the time the warranty was issued and the mileage since the last servicing was carried out is no more than 10,000 kilometres. Any necessary repairs were carried out at an authorised Mercedes-Benz workshop.
• Warranty Package after main inspection: Prior to conclusion of the contract, a main inspection and any necessary repairs were carried out at an authorised Mercedes-Benz workshop. The main inspection sticker was obtained no more than four weeks before the warranty is issued.

Annual extension up to the 12th year is possible.

Keep an eye on your benefits at all times. As a Mercedes me user, you can easily view your warranty protection and service packages online: in the Mercedes me portal under Mercedes me assist.

Here you will be shown – in line with your Mercedes-Benz – a lot of additional information, such as the contract status and the remaining time for extending the warranty protection with the service or warranty package. Furthermore, many participating dealers offer the possibility to extend your warranty protection online. In addition, you can send your service requirements directly to your preferred partner via the online service appointment request and arrange a consultation appointment there.

With the Warranty Package, you can choose from three attractive payment options – depending on your needs:

• The annual payment: reasonably-priced and easy at the beginning of the warranty package contractual term.
• The one-off payment for 36 months after new vehicle warranty: You save up to 32% on the premium payment.
• The monthly payment for new vehicle financing: integrated into the instalments of the new vehicle financing you have chosen (full, target or Plus3 financing) - e.g. for the A-Class, for the 3rd and 4th running year after initial registration, warranty period 24 months, 48 monthly instalments at 9.15 euros each from the time you take delivery of the new vehicle.
